We ordered three cabinets and were having a hard time installing the drawer slides. Luckily, we got ahold of Roman when we called for help. He took apart his own cabinet and took a video so we could see how it was installed, and got on a FaceTime call with us until we figured out the issue. It ended up being a simple fix. One cabinet came with a damaged panel. After how helpful Roman was, I'm expecting that to be taken care of right away. The cabinet that we've put together is sturdy and looks beautiful. I can't wait to get them in place!
