At USKC RTA Cabinets, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return any items, please review our policy details below.

1. 30-Day Return Period

You may return unused, unassembled cabinet products in their original, undamaged packaging within 30 days of delivery. Custom products, sample doors, and assembled cabinets are not eligible for standard returns.

2. Returns Process & Fees

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. A restocking fee of up to 20% may be applied to returned items.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If any part of your order arrives damaged or defective, do not attempt assembly. Report the damage to our team with photo evidence within 3 business days of delivery, and we will send replacements at no additional cost.
