This agreement outlines terms governing storefront access, custom kitchen layout quotes, catalog orders, freight deliveries, and damages auditing.

1. Catalog Pricing & Variances

USKC RTA Cabinets reserves the right to change cabinet pricing, finishes, dimensions, and shipping calculations without notice. Trade contractor discount layers are subject to manual registration approval.

2. Freight Deliveries & Damaged Shipments

Palletized LTL freight deliveries require the receiver to inspect the crates before signing carrier slips. Any visual transit damage must be documented and submitted via our claims portal within 3 business days for replacement parts dispatch.
